The Jewell Vision 180 tank i have came with 2 x 25 watt lights................should i add reflectors to these to help,and if so which are the best?

yep buy some reflectors, measure the total length of a tube and double it. buy a reflector that size and cut it in half

or just do the cheaper alternative like i did and line the underside of your hood with tinfoil!
