I have a Fluval 90L tank it has two 15W 18" T8 bulbs in it.
I was just wondering if there is any HO or VHO output bulbs that would fit a 18" T8 socket. I want at least 3W per gallon.

In short - no

Why 3wpg? Anything close to 2wpg is more than sufficient (more so in larger tanks) to grow pretty much anything. Even 1.5wpg is pretty good, I've also grown stuff at 1wpg that surprised me.
