Light Busted

Hi

I have got a 30L Fish R Fun tank. About a week ago the light bulb blew. After looking in many different shops i managed to find the correct bulb. I put in the new one and it doesnt work . The bulb is fine - ha it checked at shop. Shop where tank was bought said it was a discontinued line of tanks. Told me to go direct to Fish R Fun. I cant find anything wrong in the electrics - only tghe light has stopped. Can someone please help - or find some contact detials.

cant find a starter. All i have got is a small circuit board in there

30ltr could be one of their 12v tanks, just a thought!
