Lemon Tetra Lost Control of Movement

Hey everyone, I have had this lemon tetra for about 6 months and everything was fine until about a week ago, it started swimming in circle and spinning and such, it only did it for about 5 minutes so I wondered if maybe it had just hit its head or something. It was acting normal for about a week until it started doing it again and wouldn’t stop. I removed it from my tank and put it in a quarantine tank. It hasn’t stopped doing this. How can I help it? It is spinning upside down and in circle and every which way, like it is in a tornado.

Looke like a neurological.issue to me.
I'd humanely euthanise it.
