ok I see but my tank has a hood not an open tank

Nothing that length springs to mind easily.
You could try two of these and space them out across the tank - you would need a separate timer https/www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07VHT13NG/
I have one in a smaller tank and used a dremel to cut notches in the hood to make it sit nicely. I'm sure you could find other brands cheaper - I mentioned this brand because I have one and know it provides a decent spectrum. There may well be other options that you could mount to the underside of your hood.

8000k is too much blue and not enough red. As @Colin_T suggests try to find one around 6500.

ok thanks for that I was looking at the fluval 3.0 but I would need 2 of them but are they any good for the money

Unless you have a 24/7 mode. I have mine really warm in the morning and really cool in the evening.
