Sometimes.  Loo is the informal word.  I got told off as a child for asking my teacher if I could go to the loo!  These days they don't seem to care so much.
If we want to be even cruder it's the 'bog'.
The forum's Censormatic 5000 might stop me saying this but I notice a lot of my 6yo's friends using the word 'fart'.  I can't bring myself to use that word around my kids, I call it wind, I think fart is too coarse a word
for kids that age or maybe it's just me?

Bulb blew in my 64L today   Interpet CFL, they cost £11 to replace.  I'm going to be a cheapskate and try to stick a standard energy saver in there.
