Large Water Change

Im at the end of my cycle. 2 senarios,

I can do a 90 water change tonight at 8pm and buy fish tomorrow. Sunday opening at 1pm. Is this too long after water change before adding fish?

Or

Do a large water change in morning at 8 am and buy fish at 4pm. Is this too soon for the water to settle before adding fish?

Or are both fine?

Both are fine, when you do a water change you will be adding Prime or some other dechlorinator, this acts instantly so as long as the water is tempreture matched you can add the fish straight away.
