Kuhli Loaches And Snails

Do Kuhli loaches eat snails? I've read lots of conflicting information on this...

Mine don't, although I would be very grateful if they did. Although a number of loaches eat snails, I don't think kuhlis are one of them.

I quite fancy some of them but I also have some snails I do NOT want eating, so I'm still in 2 minds about it...

My kuhlis will eat some of my MTS, but don't eat them all. I think they'd struggle to eat any large snails like apple snails, as their mouths are small.

AFAIK, all Loaches are capable of eating snails (apart from species like Hillstream Loaches...). I've never had Khulis so can't comment from experience but my LFS stock of Khulis eat baby pest Snails.

I have 2 large apple snails that would be ok, and 4 large rabbit snails that would be ok; however I have 5 baby ones (smaller than a large MTS) so I'm not sure. I definately do not want my lil snails eaten .
