could i add a pair of german blue rams in my 60 gallon with a young pair of kribensis and a mature pair of angels?

What sort of layout does the tank have and the dimensions would help to see

Kribs are bottom fish so they will work out fine with angels. Angels don't even seem to recognize that there is such a thing as a bottom.

the kribs and angel's get along fine,my question was could i add blue rams?

it's 12 deep by 24 tall by 48 long

Rather than mixing continents on the tank floor, where fish body language differs, have you thought about adding another African dwarf cichlid pair instead?

My hunch is that having two different species pairs on the bottom with one being Kribs will need you to create a well planned furniture/plant layout, that puts just one breeding size cave in opposite diagonal corners (with a single fish size cave in the other corners, in case either pair has a temporary tiff), and a well defined territory marker between the two breeding caves to give a line of sight barrier.
