Fish Fanatic
Well I got my all pond solutions external filter around a week ago. This is my first tank in around 10 years so I'm not totally clued up on everything yet. So I set it up and it seemed fine but I did think the flow wasn't great, but as I said I'm really not Very clued up on fish keeping so assumed it was ok.
Today I decided to cut down the hoses so I can keep them hidden a bit better behind the tank, as I was putting everything back together I luckily noticed the output tap was not opening when pulling the lever to lock the taps back in place
so glad I spotted it as it could have stayed like this for months if I hadn't.
Has anyone had any dealing with all ponds solutions after sales service? Obviously I need to replace the broken part, just wondering if it's gonna be easy to get them to send a new one out?
