I've used them and was very happy; didn't lose any of the fish or shrimps, although it's always a nerve wracking experience, I've found!

Im thinking the same im a bit nervious about doing it, But its a risk you have to take i guess!!

I have had some fish from them - although these were tiny badis, still nerve wracking lol. They were very healthy and no problems - arrived bang on 5pm (which was the latest lol) but that was royal mail not them.

Just annoying they sell some silly fish... I have seen pangasious on their listings and its so pointless.

I bought 3 dwarf puffer fish from him and as everyone else said

i use this store all the time as i live nearby and the actual shop is a tiny little place, but every tank is nice and clean, ive never had a bad fish from there yet! the staff can be stupidly arrogant and grumpy but arent we all? overall really good service. make sure your new fish are compatable with your existing tankmates and your tank is cycled, they wont tolerate death of fish if its your mistake, neither will most places now a days :) also there online ebay store has way way way more species of fish than they actually have in there store, i have yet to ask how they manage to deal with small oreders on fish they dont have in stock, lol

as with any ebay seller always check there feedback, when i asked about this seller when looking for shrimps i was told to avoid, they do have a high negative score, however, they have only had one neg feedback recently so maybe they have improved since i asked

maybe not in the grand scheme of it, but its not 100% is it, and it was members on here who said avoid, shame as i really wanted some blue pearls and his prices were very attractive

Well most people in here seem to think they are good

Last time I checked out their feedback, when you actually read through it, the negative was nearly all from two buyers who'd both bought large amounts of very incompatible fish, so it is worth looking through to see the circumstances.

My only real tip for buying fish online is to acclimatise them very, very slowly. Even lifting the bag out of the box and holding t up to look at the fish can shock them after being in the dark for so long, so drip acclimatise, in a darkened room, and you should have no problems :good:
