I saved 10 of my Blue acara fry they are 2 weeks old very tiny and just started swimming freely 2 days ago. I put them in a 5 gal tank with a heater and a bunch of fast goring plants . No filter no air bubbles.

I'm going to do small daily water changes 10-15%. This set up is only temporary till the fry get a bit larger.

I think I will pick up a cheap Spoung filter tomorrow and more plants.

How do you set up a fry tank?

If I were in your position (without a matured fry/small tank filter) then I would be keeping an eye on water stats and doing changes as neccesary.
And I would also set up the sponge filter asap...so it can hopefully start cycling any excess ammonia that the plants aren't using.
Then you can move it on with them to any bigger grow out tanks. :)
