Keeping Fish in my car

Dunno what a windup is. However about the tank in the car, if the environmental conditions are maintained 24/7/365, it's a sealed unit but still allows airflow thourgh there, and is large enough, I don't see why it wouldn't work. The trouble would be in maintaning everything 24/7. Especially the temp in the summer. Why would anyone want to keep fish in the car though? It's not like the car is where you go to sit. You're just in the car for transportation purposes only, most of the time.

As I see it he hasn't done anything really bad or atleast we dont know that. there are 3 issues to deal with in a car that are more complicated than in a tank on a table.

1) Temperature if this person lives in sanfransico they dont have much of a temperatur problem if they live near pikes peak they do and may need to set up some heatinf/cooling sytem to run 24/7

2) Volume depending on the setup this might be a 1 liter tank or a 10 gallon theres no way for us to tell ad some fish (Paradise fish, Bettas) are happy in relatively small containers

3) Water quality a good filter would need to run 24/7 as well also a challenge when working off a batery but not imposible also certain fish dont have super high filtration needs (Paradise Fish, Bettas)

and If anyone is guilty of murdering a fish its those people who yelled at him and critiscized him before they knew the whole story. If this isn't a wind up then this person is honestly trying to do a better job so lets not jump down there throats just yet okay

Exactly my thoughts!! When I first read his post I felt this and now that he hasn't responded yet, I feel he's a troll. So sad that people have nothing better to do than to go into forums like this, think of what would really piss those people off and post it just to start a flame war and sit back and amuse themselves.

That was why I asked everyone to wait. We have had our fair share of trolls, so i thought it best to wait it out rather than just charging in and slamming everybody. BTW, i am NOT calling ANYBODY a troll.

mayb.... hes an alien and going to leave his fish in his space car and there wot be hill problems because its space and no heat problems as its space so he will need a temp thingy... but MAYB.... he is being serious unlike me and he has taken in all this information about temp pump etc and if he does his "cartank" idea it will work and his fish will be happy!



they might get bored in traffic jams tho.. hehehehhehe
