As title really. Got the chance of a rio 180 but the front is scratched and the back looks better so just wondered if the rim could be switched?
Thankyou please.

+1 I tried on my lido but I found it was siliconed. I'm not sure how big the Rio 180 is but be sure I doesn't do anything structural.

Blimey a rio 180 as i shrimp tank? You giving up the day job and living off the shrimpy profits, or are these shrimp, lobster sized?Lol matt... plan was to have it as a shrimp tank, but yeah it might be.
the rio tanks have cut out in the back of the lid for external hoses and wires to be fed through so just turning the tank round wont work im affraid....will you be re-doing the tank? any reason for not just turning the tank around?
you will need a long sharp blade as the trim is quite deep if i remember right on these tanks. it wont be an easy job but worth taking the time to do if the tanks cheap enoughLol matt... plan was to have it as a shrimp tank, but yeah it might be.
I guess it may be worth a go then. Just use a pallete knife or something?
