After my disasterous week, I have ended up moving some fish and using up hospital/ quaranteen and spare tanks and lo and behold i have just noticed on my Rotties breeding tubes starting to decend, great if they squabble between themselves or with anyone else I dont have a spare tank big enough!!!

Awww man some people have all the luck :p Could you make dividers to keep them apart maybe?

Got no chance of making anything strong enough to keep my pleco away, he would just crash through anything. I have 2 400l tanks sitting in the garden, got some big fish moving to do, but just things keep going wrong and it keeps getting put off. The Rotties will be in a 300 soon enough where they can spawn sucessfully (hopefully) this is about the 3rd or 4th time now!. Got angels in the tank next door with tubes dropping too  :hyper:  :hyper:

Angels are starting to lay, servs are still choosing a spot! female is being really fussy this time, poor male must have cleaned off every rock, bit of wood and ornament in the tank (poor chap) her tube is well down so it must be sometime today/tonight, luckily a friend has an empty tank hubby is collecting it tomorrow as a just in case anyone starts squabbling. Very doubtfull the eggs will survive.
