A water change again Tazz about 10% or 3 or 4 gallons I would say. I'm glad to see your nitrite is finally starting to rise generally a water change is not required if both are under 1 during a cycle as a water change will prolong the cycle a bit.

did a 10 % water change - the ammonia decreased but nitrites stayed the same... so i guess im gunna do another water change and re-test
