Just A Tiny Bit Over Stocked!

At least he's eventually doing the right thing and passing them onto another home. Ok he's trying to make a bit of money out of it but why not. He could just try and take them back to an LFS and probably get nothing for them!

not the point proper research would of stopped that problem happening! i hate muppets like that annoys me no end :grr:

Many fishkeepers make the mistake of getting that cute little 1" unidentified fish and wonder why it's a foot long a year later. Oh it was a baby common pleco! Yes he should have done the research before he got them, but not everyone thinks about that when starting out. The only reason I did loads of reasearch before i started with tropicals was because I percieved them as hard to keep as opposed to sticking a goldfish in a bowl! I then realised that i had been keeping goldfish in unacceptable conditions for many years and have subsequently upgraded my goldfishes tank to a more suitable filtered setup. Yes it's annoying for us when we know better and see something like this, but not everyone does.

i have to agree with mojodex that u should research the fish ur buying but also have to say everyone makes mistakes

i actually admire this person for solving this problem rather than continue it, they look like extremely healthy fish too me.

im more concerned that your avatar mojoDex is more of a bad influence regarding the forums younger members, wouldnt you think?????

are you having a laugh mate! my avator is neither here nor there regarding this topic if you have a problem with my avatar pm me over it dont point it out in public!

also i disagree he isnt really solving anything in my opinion because think about the size of tank those fish are going to need in the long run the oscar may well be full grown but the pangasius certainly are not. they can reach gigantic proportions they would need a truley mammoth tank!

Lets home the winning bidder realises how big them guys grow.
I had a look on previous items bought and its all fish stuff, fingers crossed they have a large tank for them Cats.
