At first I wasn't sure about the sex of my jewels because they look identical, but obviously now I know I have a male and a female.
They are both looking after the eggs really well and I'm going to leave them with them.
What advice do you have for me once they have hatched and anythings I should look out for?

Thanks!

there is a high chance you're fish wont raise the first batch of babies well which shall result in there death.
This is common within cichlids as they learn to look after the fry better.
Basically leave them alone and things will work in time.

Are they the only fish in the tank?
if they are that makes care for the babies alot easier.
