I need a fish that will clean the java moss better. Any one know what would do this well? I'm thinking some shrimp but I don't know.

Well, not a fish, but if you are looking for an algae cleaning shrimp, I highly recommend Amano shrimp.
Caridina multidentata http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:DSCN8033_1.sized.jpg

These are great to watch, they are excellent cleaners, constantly picking along the bottom and through any wood/plants/rocks in the tank looking for anything to eat. They are fairly long lived as far as freshwater shrimp go, you could easily expect these to last 2 or more years in captivity. I have seen these with eggs but have not been able to successfully raise young C. multidentata with the same ease as some other small aquarium shrimp species. Pretty readily available too, you shouldn't have problem getting these.
