Ive Run Out Of Ideas

well my dad put a 3" JD in my tank i was annoyed but hes very colourfull so that ment for me to put fish in his as they were getting picked on by the JD.... anyway wt i was going to ask is what can i put with:


1x JD,
1x Tiger Oscar,
2x Convicts.

what else will hold their own against the JD and not get attacked?

Most Large Cichlids should be ok in their. I like my green terror. He is amazingly colorfull and has a great personaliy.

Salvini Cichlid, Sajica, Green Terror, Blue Acara, Severums are just to name a few, however like all cichlids it all depends on the nature of your own fish, they cant really be grouped into the (will kill everything) or the (peaceful) types. For instance ive got a flowerhorn thats been living with e Green Terror, JD & Salvini for over a year now with no issues (and hes actually outgrown them all now, yet hes still peaceful towards them all). On the other hand ive got a Rednecked Severum which apparently are classed as a more peaceful cichlid despite their size to some of the other agressive types, however hes the fish ive seen the most agression from.

So you really wont know whats ideal until you try...
