Hello all,

The other day I noticed one of my PB convict parrot cichlids was being very territorial over a area on the right side of my tank. Currently I took him out the tank while I clean. What are some things I could try? I have 6 of them to reduce the aggression and so one doesn’t get picked on and they have been doing great for the last year, but the one guy has now become territorial. He was even brave enough to try to attack my EBA that is about 3x his size.

Should I try to change the decor around? It’s a little hard since he picked an area right next to the large decoration that I can’t really redo in anyway. I was going to temporarily put him in my 29g tank for a day or two and try to change the set up of the 75g tank he was in then add him back. Hoping another one of them steps up and becomes the leader of the heiarchy so he becomes less aggressive. Anyone else have any ideas?
