The pics are just a bit blurry. When I had them, the best way to tell male from female with adults is the back of the dorsal fin. If it comes to a point, male. If it’s rounded, female. If a male gets into breeding fever, he’ll have lots of orange on head/front and sometimes a blackened area along the throat.
