Is This Filtration Enough

I've got a 50 Gallon goldfish tank. I have two redcap orandas, a black moor and a juvenile ryukin (No i didn't add them all at the same time). I have 2 power heads attached with 5 sponges overall and a separate sponge filter being run with an air pump. I don't have enough money for a canister or a power filter at the moment as I have to order it from the US. (Not available in my country and the duty and shipping is more than the price of the filter itself. I wanted to ask if this was enough filtration for the tank and if the flow isn't too much...
Secondly, I am currently cycling a tank in which i am going to house 2 pair of angelfish and 8 neon tetras. It is going to be a low tech planted tank with a couple of amazon swords, a bunch of cabombas, java ferm and moss and anubias barteri var. nana.
I plan to get an aqua clear 70 for it (its a 30 gallon tank) or can i get away with the same powerhead with 2 sponges attached???
Sorry for the really badly written post. Any help would be appreciated...

If you do not have any ammonia or nitrite then you have enough biological filtration. If you do not have particles floating in the water column then you have enough mechanical filtration.

The AC70 should be fine for the 30 gallon.

Also, you are aware that neon tetras are angelfishes's natural prey in the wild? Those neon tetras will make a quick snack for your angels. Why don't you get cardinal teras? They look almost exactly the same, just bigger and tougher.
