I read a bunch of past posts trying to figure out what the lump on my Dwarf Gourami, Colisa lalius, is exactly.  And, because it looks like there is on on the top of his head, and because it does not seem to be erupting, that it might be a tumor.  I just thought I would post some pictures to see what you all think about it.  And if it is a tumor, or other, what should I do with it since it is in a community tank at this point.

This first one is a little blurry but it shows well where the lump is located on his side, which makes it easier to see in the other ones, I hope:

Side shot at an angle so that you can see the silhouette of the lump:

Maybe I should add that he is still quite active, zipping back and forth as he usually does.  And still acting a boss.  And, might I add, I have had him for over a year already, if that matters at all. Or is at all helpful.

Sorry, I couldn't tell you.

Is it a question of photography? Would better pictures hemp?

No.  I can't identify tumors...  Not sure if anyone does... except a vet.
