Hey guys,

So today I looked at my honey, and something didn’t seem right. It’s swimming abnormally. It’s like its head is above the rest of its body, when it is swimming. Visually I can’t see obvious problems. Here is the parameters:

0 ammonia

0 nitrite

7.5 ph

25 nitrite

35 gh

70 kh (soft water ik)

All measured in ppm

Temp is 75, two heaters in tank

I am very concerned. The water flow is fine, 2 SPs on either side. My harlequin rasboras (other fish in the tank) are thriving. It’s a 20g long. Cycled. It keeps resting on leaves, goes to to the top for Oxygen way to many times than normal. The red around its mouth, some of that is lighting but there is a slight red haze color. Any advice? Pics below, TIA guys

Can you post a 1 minute video of the fish?
Upload videos to YouTube, then copy & paste the link here.
If you use a phone to film the fish, hold the phone in landscape mode.

Is the fish eating normally?
What does its poop look like?

I will try this morning. It is, just not much of an eater. I fed daphnia to it yesterday when I realized it could be something internal. It eats it, but not a lot. It does constantly pick at stuff on driftwood, dragon stone, etc. The poop is a dark brown color, almost a black. Thank you ColinT!
