Is My White Molly Pregnant?

Hi,

Can you tell if my white balloon molly is pregnant?
Note:
* Black spots appears in her stomachs and she got very big (round).
* The male is chasing her a lot.
* She stays in one place (at the top of the filter and don't want moves a lot.)

I would say yes.

She is a balloon molly, so it's a bit hard to tell, but she does look pretty big!  And since you have a male she probably is pregnant.
