The last week I’ve noticed one of my cave tetras getting bigger. Is my cave tetra pregnant or is there something wrong with her?

Worms or some sort of infection.
I'd use a dewormer first. Pretty riskless

Heard good things about Prazipro but being on the mainland of Europe other members maybe have better ideas.

There are two types of worms, flat worms (eg tapeworms) and round worms (eg camallanus worms). Flat worms are killed by praziquantel, round worms by levamisole.
Prazipro contains praziquantel but not levamisole.

Alternatively, flubendazole kills both if you can source that.
