Is It Hith?

I have a Dutch ram with a dent in his head. It's quite pronounced and has appeared quite quickly, within a day or two. I can't discern any redness, and he seems happy enough, still eating and guarding his missus. Could this be hole in the head?

Well, I dragged him out of the tank this evening and had a good look at his bonce. I'm still not sure if he has HITH or not, but he seems to be developing some sort of neanderthal brow line. He still seems happy enough and everything in the tank seems fine, water tests look ok. Guess I'll keep a close watch on him and hope he stays ok.
