I have been running one for a year. I had a problem in that the light switch on the original lid snapped through. The local p@h demo tank had had the same problem. That one did sometimes hum when the lights where on. I contacted interpet and they sent out a new lid wich is a slighty different design - this one hasnt buzzed at all.

The fish box and fish pod are exactly the same tank the difference is the pod is exclusive to pets at home apparently.

My work sells FishPods...so that cant be the case.

I've got the 64L one and it is quite good looking and sturdy as well.

As Lacuna was saying it comes with a blue and white bulb, so not particularly good with plant growth. What i did was i called Interpet and asked for where i could find another white bulb to replace the blue one. Instead of telling me where it is, they send me a new one instead, FOC. Used it for a few weeks but still not satisfied as it doesn't give you enough light for plant growth.

So now i have changed to luminaire and have been really satisfied with it since.

Hi,

Tank looks great. Was wondering how easy it was to add new lighting and get the lid off. Does the plastic lid rim make it difficult?

I have been looking at the Aquaray SSL and would luv to get rid of the lid
