Internal Parasites?

It could be expensive. Sometimes vets like a live fish for tests.
Freeze a dead fish just in case.

I do think you need to know if you are dealing with fish tb.
It's rare to catch fish tb, but you can be a risk if you have a weak immune system, and cuts on your hands.
You do how ever have to be exposed to tb along time.

Also after your hands have been in the tank wash them with a bacterial soap.
Steralise all equipment after use.

You could be dealing with fish tb i'm afraid.

How many times have you used the worming med.

Hmmmm, 4 times I think. The latest one died yesterday :( This one didn't have the black irises. Also, I pretty much always have cuts on my hands and have them in the water and I've not developed any symptoms. And I only have the one syphon which I share between all tanks and no other fish have had similar symptoms.
I'm moving house this year hopefully, so just hope there are some left to take with me.

If you want to try a diff dewormer then their is Harka verm, its a bird dewormer, but is the only UK thing avaible with levamisole. Dosage is 1.25ml per 10 gal. Should quickly rid fish of callmanus worms.

Wear latex gloves just to be on the safe side when putting hands in the tank.

R.I.P.
