Info For Those Going To The Meeting

hi all
ok I have booked my ticket for the blue planet.
just click on their book online link and follow the instructions.
I strongly advise you to ensure that you have a printer connected to the PC and that it has
enough black ink to print two pages, this will be your E-Ticket; you won't get in without it.

I am definatly staying at Travelodge Knutsford (m6) as my room is booked.
A note on their online booking; you may book using someone elses credit/debit card and pay on arrival,
they do not need to see the card unfortunatly all the cheap rooms were gone by the time I booked
so the cost is £46 per room; however it is a family room that can sleep 3, so if a couple of you stay in the same room it's not too bad.
again you need to print out 2 pages of info to check in, so check that printer.

Would only those members that are 100% definatly going to the meeting reply in this post,
please don't reply if you are only going to say, I maybe going or I can't go.
I hope you understand that this is so we can see how many will be going.

Has anyone figured out exactly where we'll be meeting up just yet? Ians idea of Burger King sounds ok to me, it is better for those that want to get a drink after a long travel. However, how exactly do we get there? Also, if everyone is paying for their Blue Planet ticket before hand anyway, we could probably meet up at a certain area inside the BP?

I've booked the day off work! I'm going to book the aquarium ticket this week... I'm actually coming!

I think i'm going to do the trip in one day (6 hour round-trip) rather than stay in a travelodge because I can't warrent £46 for a bed!! Just hope my car can take it!

Bumping this back up because noone answered Sabbys question. I think 11:00 was mentioned in the other thread, but not entirely certain.

Also, me and Peter aren't buying our tickets untill we get there. Bit of a risk, I know, but I don't really trust the online ticket thing. That, plus we don't have a working printer. And on top of that, if something does stop us going we'll be stuck with 2 tickets.
