Indian Thick Lipped Gourami

Hi All
I recently bought 3 Indian gourami at the same time , 2 of them seem to pick on the 3rd a lot and he hides a lot now . I was hoping this would calm down as they settled in , but not much. He is just very slightly smaller than the other 2 and wont stand up for himself , like the other 2 .
The tank is 4ft long with plenty of live plants and wood for him to hide. It can get really bad when I feed them , I do not want to take him back as he is in good health at mo .  Will they calm down towards him or should I try to rehome him ?

Hi All  not a problem now friend has taken him

 poor thing , where they had kept nipping at the same place on his tail , he had like a v shape , still all good now
