Woohoo!!! Thanks to everyone for your advice. Just letting you know all your help paid off. As of last night I had 0 ammonia. 0 Nitrite!!! We did a small water change to suck out some of the gook that was swirling around from the gunky petco filter media. Now we are going to leave it alone and see what happens. Fingers crossed for new fish next week!!
