i think their ok..for flat fish!

but they wouldnt be so bad if they are in the wall like built in sohey 'look' flat but arnt,if ya know what i mean

well as i say this one was afoot deep but i agree i like them in tanks better less to distract form the fish also

At the moment buying from Kidsgrove Tropicals, am impressed with their knowledge, prices, tank conditions etc. and that they don't just try and sell me stuff for the sake of it. In addition to this, the general attitiude of staff in the shop towards us is great. I've found that quite a few LFS's look down on us cos we're students, and don't seem to think we're capable of keeping fish (despite the fact that if truth be told, we've probably got more time to devote to them than most people with jobs ). I won't name the LFS that I'm specifically annoyed with about attitude, but message me if you want to know more.

Have been to Stapely Water Gardents a couple of times too. Always found that the tanks they had were pristine, but all quite pricey.

I'd be interested to see your list of LFS's too
