I figured the same thing as FKNM. Many of you don't check the planted section and I moved back to Miami, so I have new tanks to show you. It's been a while since I posted tanks here. Thanks for looking.

Fish: 6 Hyphessobrycon callistus (Serpae tetras), 5 Corydoras aenaeus, 6 Hypessobrycon herbertaxelrodi, 3 Otocinclus affinis, 7 Boehlkea fredcochui

36g Planted: 1.86 WPG, CO2 injection, 6mL of Flourish 2x a week(Bolbitis heudelotii, Hydrocotyle leucocephala, Barclaya longifolia, Heteranthera zosterfolia, Rotala rotundifolia, Nymphaea lotus, Anubia barteri var. nana, Anubia gracilis, Christmas moss, Willow moss, Hemianthus micranthemoides) Fish: 36 Barbus (Puntius) titteya (breeding pair and 34 growing fry).

Sorry for the multitudes of pictures, and thanks for looking. Today I do weekly tank maintenance, so I'm ready to get dirty.

Have a great day,

llj :D

wow amazing!

the only thing i didnt like was the elodea in the first tank

i would replace it with some other plant like a h polysperma

These tanks look superb!!! I am insanely jealous.

My tiny tank with a few live plants in looks totally pathetic now!

My god youve got a serious weed problem, you should get some silver dollars to keep that growth under control so you have some space to keep proper fish :p

I am only joking by the way incase anyone takes that as insultive, lovely looking tanks, not my type of thing admitedly but planted tanks do look nice, in someone elses fishroom.

very nice, they look really natural, quite different from a lot of planted tanks we see now. i like it :)

 CFC

I have to stay away from here. I will never have anything proper to post.

You know, I tried silver dollars, but even they couldn't make a dent in it. What really works is a nice big bottle of Round-up! Of course the "real" fish you keep in the tank later develop 3 eyes and four tails, legs, sharp teeth, emerge from the tank, start eating people, and then Sci-fi channel calls you for the movie rights. I just didn't want to go through that again, so I just let the weeds grow, CFC. It's so much easier if you don't fight...
