You are probably new to all this fish keeping malarky RusselHope, but PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE dont buy fish unless you know what they are.
Some fish get HUGE and others have certain needs that have to be maintained e.g. water temperature, pH, and special foods.
You must always research something like an animal before you buy it. Knowing what to buy and what not to buy can really save you time and money - not to mention heartache!
Saying that tho - you have done the right thing and found out what you have so you can look after them properly. So well done for that - just remember to research in the future.
