You know, I'm sat here recovering from a tummy bug, and this is just making me want to puke again.

There's only so much "constructive criticism" you can give, especially to people you suspect of being trolls. Easy answer, don't answer her posts any more. Just like in kiddy and dog training - ignore the bad, reinforce the good.
