HI ALL COULD DO WITH A BIT OF HELP ID'ING A COUPLE OF FISH , THEY ALL CAME WITH THE TANK !

there is also some kinda snails in there bloody loads in fact , and there is also a large catfish which hides all the time you
rarely see it , s jet black and around 5" lng with realy long whiskers nearly as long as the fish itself i cant get a pic of that and i dont want to stress it out
i know the other big one is some type of pleco and there is 2 red finned sharks 1 smaller than the other and it seems to be realy bullying the other badly it has to hide all day or its chased round the tank

nine.. from the pic i would say a L001 plec... pterygoplichthys joselimaianus

1. some sort of corydora, maybe peppered

2. not sure but looks like cherry or rosy barb and a glowlight tetra

3.black neons

4.nice tank btw

5. can't make out the pic but looks like theres a common plec hiding there

6. looks like a snail problem to me

7. possibly flying fox??

8,9. common plec, gibbicep or sailfin maybe??

chances are the catfish is nocturnal so you will hardly see him

sharks?, i didnt see any sharks in any of the pics.

Which catfish? im lost by which you mean, the plecs and the cory are both catfish, the cory needs more of it's own kind to be comfortable, the plec ... im not sure how many you have but either way the tank is to small for any of them if they are all L001's they will get to at least 12 inches and possible get over 15 inches.

posting the

second is Puntius titteya (cherry barbs), 7 is Gyrinocheilus aymoneri (just your average sucking loach.
i agree about 9 beeing L001/L022 Pterygoplichthys joselimaianus.
god id hate to have all them snails!

thanks for the coments on the tank i got it all including fish for £15
as for the catfish im worried its not getting any food at a night time as a few weeks ago i tryed to put 5 neon tetra in and by the end of the 3rd day they were all gone im guessing it was him ?

the snails seem to be a good clean up crew but there is millions of the little buggers
sorry about the pic link didnt know how it worked and i didnt take any pics of the red tailed sharks as i all ready knew what they were and the catfish im talking about is not in the pics either as i cant get a picture of it with out stressing it out and iv also got my eye on a larger tank on ebay as well for the larger fish

The catfish, whichever species it may be will stack on fish it can fit in it's mouth weather he eats other foods or not, i am still confused by what fish you have got and what fish you havent got?, you have to pics of plecs... how many plecs are in the tank and what size tank is it?

Big black catfish... could be a black shark?.. if so he will outgrow everytank you buy and probably in time eat every single fish or at least kill them... very aggressive and needs a lot of space... thats if it is one that is lol :p... i dont think black sharks have long whiskers though?

chances are it was the cat fish that ate the neons, what colour is he and shape of his body.

he looks jet black but as i said i havent seen much of him , about 5-6 " long with simmilar size whiskers , quite slender look

Sorry to say but unless you get an upgrade very soon the RTS the plec and the mystery catfish need rehoming. you will need at least i think advised 70 gallon for the rts a at least 4x2x2 for the plec and dependant on what catfish id say similar size tank to the plec.

The cory will need more of it's own kind and the SAE will probably get quite aggressive as time goes by... nasty little buggers when they want to be :(
