Ick? Or Nothin To Worry About?

my yellow tang has alot of what looks like either ick, or bubbles on him. i've read that air bubbles can get caught it the mucus on their skin and my skimmer does make a hell of alot of tiny tiny bubbles. he has looked like this for a few weeks, i put medicine in the tank for ick and it didn't do anything at all. his behavior is completely normal, hes not skiddish, rubbing himself or scratching himself on anything and hes eating very well. still, when i turn the skimmer off for a day or so they don't go away. my puffer has some of this too and again acting completely normal, and my eel has no signs at all. so i'm just wondering if this is just the air bubbles, or some kind of disease.

Air bubbles. If your worried, add faculative cleaners to your set up (Gobiosoma, Lysmata, et cetera).
