Ich on Dwarf Sunset Gourami?

I have a 40 gal with: 1 angel 1 blue gourami 1 bristlenose pleco 3 Corys 4 giant danios 1 dwarf sunset gourami 1 dwarf powder blue gourami 1 mystery snail

I was looking at my fish and saw these white dots on his fins, is this ich?

Hi, it looks like it to me but there are other possibilities so let’s hang in for someone more knowledgeable to weigh in. If it is ich, they will probably advise you to gradually raise the temperature to 86 and keep it there for 2 weeks or to use aquarium salt at 1 heaping tablespoon per 5 gallons (20 liters). I say this so you don’t rush to use the usual medicines which may cause more harm than help. You could start by raising the temp 1 to 2 degrees every hour until it gets to 86, then stop, or until a more knowledgeable person gives you better guidance. Good luck!
 
looks more like excess mucous.
check the water quality and clean the tank up. see how it looks ina few days.
