It looks like it was being held in someone's attic.

Awesome experience... I'm going to the next show that hits the DC area... whenever that is. I just want to see what it's like. Don't know if I'd buy anything, and I doubt my fish would be auctionable.

Congrats on selling the oranges... I hope you made enough to cover the fish you bought, and then some.

awwww,thanks Julie!!! Thanks everybody else too! I'm pleased with the outcome of the entire trip!

endp~ it's in the hosts' house, he put all of his furniture in storage for the show. It really was an awesome experience I didn't make a huge profit on the oranges,a drop in the bucket compared to what I bought,I'm just glad I didn't have to come home with them, I might have been heartbroken

catfish~ I brought 15 and sold them for 4 bucks a piece, not a high price but that's how it goes when you bring as many as I did and when you trade amongst breeders. I'll put some on AquaBid within the month and I'll see how those go

Lol I knew there was no point in staying to bid on those masked plakats!!! For everyone who wasn't there it was a really cool show and hilarious to watch the RUTHLESS wuvmybetta in the auction. She had a huge list of fish she was interested in and several she had to have (I think she got them all also!)

Lovely new bettas and some great pics! I'd love to go to something like that although I'd be surprised If they have anything like that in England.

Turns out the masks are a PAIR,treefrog The smaller, brighter green is a female Which is either a good thing or a bad thing, I haven't decided. I noticed the little ovipostor yesterday and...get this....that blue and yellow plakat is ALSO a female
