What tail types would I mostly get if I breed an HM male with a CT female. Because I am going to get CT girls when I start my female tank? Any idea's?

You'll probably get delta combtails. Most people don't think they're particularly attractive, but if you bred more CTs into the line you could emphasize the crowns, or if you bred HMs into it you could eliminate the crowns and get a better spread in the tails. Or you could just enjoy your little combtails and not worry about what anyone else thinks.
