I Think My Tank Has Cycled?

Brought some fish at the weekend, good timing as it was mothers day hehe! I brought my mum a red fighter, 6 neons, and a frog they are all doing fine at the moment! How many more fish do you think i can fit in there? It's a 50 litre tank. Dimensions: Length 60cm x width 30cm x height 32cm
Do i have to do a water change weekly and clean out the filter weekly as its only a tiny filter from a starter kit? Thanks

not many more fish i'm afraid. tanks 13 gallons you've got
fighter - 3"
neons - 6"
frog - 2"

only got room for 1/2" more of fish max, and if the filter's fairly small you don't wanna overstock.

weekly water changes are absolutely essential on small tanks, they get polluted much easier. don't clean the filter every week, you should only clean filters if you notice a drop in the flow rate.
