I think for my empty 350l i am going to go for a mbuna set up

Could i get some advice on stocking.

species ideas, ratios, numbers

tank dimentions are 47l x 30h x 15d

Any other advice or questions at this early stage would be greatfuly accepted

Hew, the possiblities are endless. I would go to your supplier, see what he has, and see what you like.

Do you like the zebra stripe type species?
Or some with a more solid colour?

Try not to have males of 2 different species that look similar, as that can cause problems.
The general idea is to have 1 male to 2/3 females. I found this ratio impossible to maintain, as the odd fish died, and loads were born.

I had 35 - 40 fish in my tank, depending on what had bred etc Mine were mostly the smaller species. Perhaps you could keep about 50 in yours, depending on what size fish you went for.
