I Think I'm Going To Sell My L200's

Very sad, but I want to take their tank down. Well, I don't really want to, but I sort of have to so I can move my red devil out of my fishroom and into my bedroom, where I really want her. Hubby will not budge when it comes to having 2 tanks in the bedroom

So, if I were to put 3 L200's that I've had for nearly four years, and have had since they were under an inch, up on Aquabid, what's a good price? In my gut I honestly wouldn't take less than 200 US$ for them, but is that too much to ask?
IMO, they're just priceless. And I don't want them to go to someone who won't attempt to breed them, seeing how I've invested this much time in them. Whadda ya think? If I got 200 I'd probably pay for shipping, or at least half.

Ive never seen them before so just googled them.
Really pretty plec and a shame you have to sell them on, so i hope you get a good price for them

What size are they? I've seen 5" ones going for £40 each recently, dont know what that equates to in dollars *google searches*.....$77. That's from a shop though, so you may not get that much for a private sale?

hmm, thanks Lisa. I figured they were pretty pricey. My lfs had one HUGE one for a couple years and they wanted 80 for him, and he never sold (I think he did eventually). I guess it all depends on whether or not the right person comes along. Hopefully I can find that person on Aquabid! A friend of mine suggested that I run it for a very long time if I do decide to sell. Which I have. Anyway, they're between 3 and 4 inches right now.

BA, I lurve them, always have. But I also feel like I'm wasting my chance with them as I don't take any special steps to encourage breeding. I have so, so many wild betta fry right now that I really don't care to even try. Or think about it. No matter how awesome it would be

I think 200, paid shipping, is a good price. And if people don't want to pay it...it wasn't meant to be?...?
