You can find bettas in nearly any petshop (e.g. the shopping centre kind) that sells fish. Quite often they're in not very nice condition though. Usually only veiltails, the occasional crowntail there. FOr more varieties, specialty aquarium shops usually have a larger range of bettas, in a few of mine they always have veiltails and crowntails. Haven't really seen any superdeltas or halfmoons, but then again I don't really look too hard for them.
You'll be hardpressed to find one that looks like your picture in a regular shop though. Try fish specialty shops, or as the previous poster said, Aquabid, but that can be VERY expensive.
Jusdt go out and look around, odds are you'll find something that you'll fall in love with, even if it doesn't look exactly like what you had in mind...
