So This is honestly the first time I've hatched any sort of fish egg or bred egg laying fish.
I have seven cory catfish in one of my tanks of three different colors, I found some eggs glued to the side of the tank and scraped them off to save them as my female bettas had eaten most of them already.
I kept them in a small bucket and did multiple daily water changes to keep the water extra clean and they hatched today!
They're adorable little things.

Now I'm wondering to myself what colors could they be.
Can all of the different cory colors interbreed?
I have spotted high finned ones, albinos, and greens in this tank.

To my knowledge, you have two separate species. I do not know, however, if any of the species can interbreed. Albinos and greens are in the same species, so possibly they could breed. What species is your other variety? I tried a search on "spotted high finned corydoras" and got tons of results.

By 'green' if you mean aeneus, those and albinos are the same species and will breed. I have three offspring now. Although brochis are also called green, and is a different fish altogether. High finned spotted sound like high fin peppered. As a rule, different species of cory will not interbreed. At least I have not found evidence of it.

Anyway congrats on the babies, they are just the cutest are they not?

I really have no clue what species my spotted ones are.
Corydoras ambiacus looks closest to them from what I've seen.

The little ones are growing up so fast I'm sure I'll see their colors soon. But from what you've said I shoudl expect greens and albinos.
I have six little ones.

Not much to find on ambiacus breeding. So probably aneaus, still darn cute though.
And they grow up quick.
