I went into a lfs today with the intent of looking round and buying some doromin sticks, but I came away with a fish I found totally irresistible. I am now the proud owner of a wild peruvian Oscar. He is such a cute little fish. My son has called him Paddington as some of older people will remember that Paddington bear came from deepest darkest Peru. So he is called Paddy for short. I will get his picture up as soon as he settles in. He is in a 6x2x2 and looks so tiny and lost in there.

YUP it happens. You go to the Shop to pick up food or something and think I'm just going to look. Then you see one that you must have. I have been there too.

Here is a picture of him, I am keeping him in a mixed community at the moment. I will see how this goes, and maybe change things around if and when anthing goes wrong.
