I have 2 75 gallon tanks along an 8 foot wall, side by side. One has a lot of tetras, including 13 large cardinals I got late last Spring. The other was an empty planted set up, waiting for the fish that arrived at 10:30 this morning. In that shipment were 60 young cardinals, the size the established ones were when they came. So I have a shoal of small cardinals against the end glass, milling about, while a group of older cardinals, and some signal tetras that run with them are up against the glass. Both groups haven't moved for over an hour, except to circle and go back for another look.
Once QT is done, I think these fish are telling me they want to share a tank.
