I Got Another Tank For My Birthday!

After starting a thread on the largest fish comfortable in a ten gallon long, Like magic I got a ten gallon long for my birthday. I've been debating on what to stock it with once it's done cycling. I'd like to do one Apistogramma cacatuoides (unless they have to be in pairs) with guppies. If guppies don't work, I'm open to suggestions! I plan on having a planted tank with hiding places galore. And sorry about the bold, it went like that after I used copy and paste and I couldn't fix it.​

You could do a trio of the apistos. They do best in harems of 1 male to 2 females.i wouldnt put the guppies in. Just givehe apistos he tank to themselves. Be careful, male cockatoo apistos are really expensive! Ive seen them for 60$ plus! Sounds like a good idea though!
